Super Sexy Glowy Skin
My love of glowing dewy skin has found a new person to obsess over:

The makeup artist airbrushed the skin obviously, but there is no huge sparkly bits like you see on some celebs, like a 6 year old went nuts with a jar of glitter. Me likely. It is the perfect blend of sheen and shimmer.

REVIEW: Revlon ColorStay Liquid Lipstick
What could be better than a lipstick that you apply in the morning and it lasts all day? According to Revlon, it is the 'ultimate' lip gloss on the market. Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick claims to stick on your lips for up to 12 hours without feathering or fading, all while being moisturising. They use the words 'comfortable' a few times in the product description - strange word. It makes me think that they are saying that it is tolerable. Which it is. Barely.

The verdict? Meh. I found it to be drying and it would migrate to the corners of my mouth leaving a rather sad looking set of lips by lunch. I won't buy another one & I doubt I will use the one I have again.
Revlon ColorStay Liquid Lipstick is available from pharmacies & department stores for around AU$26.95

Sunday Short n Sweet: Halloween Looks
I am usually amazed at Petrilude's makeup looks, they are always interesting, well thought out and go WAY beyond my level of talent.
That was until I saw his latest collection of Halloween looks. I've got to say that he has seriously raised the bar.

He has 30 Halloween looks (to date) on his YouTube channel and the leopard mask has to be my favourite. Check it out here:
Happy Halloween!

REVIEW: Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara
In order for any mascara to come close to my beloved Maybelline Full n Soft, it has to be shit hot. I've tested a fair few, and most of them weren't even worthy of writing about. One was so awful, I took it off in the bathroom at work and went mascara-free for the rest of the day, came home and threw it straight in the bin.
The only one so far has been Australis Lash Me Mousse Mascara, if you haven't tried it, I insist that you do - it will rock your world.
Before I tried Maybelline's new mascara Colossal Volum' Express, I was torn. Maybelline make the best mascaras for me, could this stand up to the scrutiny?
I needn't have worried, I'm hooked. Not a single clump could be found, with each lash defined, plumped and reaching for the sky.
I've found that the big brushes work best for me as they get deep into my long lashes and help separate them, which is usually by biggest problem with mascaras. This has one of the biggest brushes I have ever seen.
Panda rating on eyes after shower: 3
The verdict? Excellent. Easy to apply, easy to remove, but stays put. Gives volume and length without being clumpy.
Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara is available in Australia for around AU$17.95
