New Years Beauty Resolutions For YOU
Now is the time of year when everyone starts pulling out ridiculous resolutions for the next year with the promise of sticking to them. Lose 20kg by Easter? Easy! Quit your job and travel the world? Done! Sure, they all sound great in theory, but can you actually achieve them? Don't go beating yourself up, try a couple of simple, realistic goals to ease your way into 2010.
I'm going to post my own resolutions a bit later, but here are a few that I think everyone should try:
I'm going to post my own resolutions a bit later, but here are a few that I think everyone should try:
- Eat more oily fish. Make Omega 3 your friend to boost your body on the inside and out. Believed to help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease, your GP can give you more information. If you don’t like fish, there are some good supplements available at your local chemist.
- Create a night time beauty routine and stick to it. At night, it is the perfect time to apply some products to your skin as your body is relaxed and is in a state of repair. Try starting a routine of cleansing and moisturising your face with products that are night-specific.
- Get more sleep. More sleep = better skin. and finally...
- Wear sunscreen every day. Even when inside, even when cloudy. It is the simplest thing you can do to fight aging and protect your skin. Sunburn is not sexy.

Oh god, that last photo scared me! Lol. Lucky I am not into tanning at all and try to stay out of the sun as much as I can. I am scared of getting wrinkles!
Yesh, I take omega 3 gel capsules!
I'm hoping that it is photo-shopped... I have seen people who are naturally very pale, tan so much that they are that colour (hello neighbour), so I wouldn't be surprised if they looked like that when they are older. Ew.
